Delivery:

UK Mainland: 5-7 working days via third party courier.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands: Please enquire at time of order

Europe & International: Please enquire at time of order

Returns:

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please don’t worry, you have 14 days from receipt to return it.

The item must be unused, in it’s original packaging, with labels attached, these are the conditions of our policy and items returned in any other condition than this will not be refunded. Upon receipt, providing the item is in as stated condition, we will issue a refund or exchange.

Please notify us by email before returning your item, stating the reason for the return. Please do not return without speaking to us first.

Please be aware that some products in this catalogue are non-returnable items.

Damaged In Transit:

If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please take photos of the damaged packaging, so we are able to claim through the shipping provider.

Faulty Goods:

Our policy covers a 30 day period. You have 30 days to contact us regarding a fault, please note that beyond this time frame we cannot offer you an exchange or refund if an item is faulty.

The cost of return postage is payable by the customer, the only exception to this rule is if the item was sent by error or is being returned due to a fault, as previously agreed via email.

Original postage is not refundable.

The customer is responsible for any customs charges incurred if returning from outside of the UK. 

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage upon returning. We are not liable for goods lost in the post whilst being returned. Please consider using a trackable postage service, particularly if the goods are of high value.

Please use original packaging when returning an item, failure to do so/ to properly protect may result in a refund not being issued.

You must include your order number & a brief explanation of the reason for return.

Items returned for exchange, where the original item was purchased with a shipping discount, are not eligible for reduced/ free postage.
